China Kingho Inner Mongolia News (Pan Youjun, Xun Zhi) On December 27, China Kingho Work Wrap-up 2013 & Work Conference 2014 were held in the Inner Mongolia Tengri Industrial Park. 51 people from the Group headquarters, Mongolia Kingho Group, Qinghai Group, Ningxia Group, Xinjiang Kingho, Kingho International Trade and Sierra Leone Investment Company attended the meeting. The general manager of each company respectively delivered reports on 2013 work summary and 2014 work arrangement. Chief economist Li Nengzhi and chief accountant Yang Lei of the Group respectively delivered analysis report and work arrangement on their work. Group Chairman Huo Qinghua attended the meeting and delivered a speech themed Understand the Situation, Firm the Confidence, Collaboratively Advance, Scientifically Develop, Make Efforts for the Improvement of the Quality and Benefits of the Group Development.
    The meeting held that under the great pressure from the increasing downturn of international economy, all enterprises should, around the main line of group development, absorb experience, strengthen the confidence, emancipate the mind, give full play to the core role of leaders, grasp the overall principle of seeking process while maintaining stability, eliminate all adverse factors and shift the standpoint of business development to the comprehensive improvement of the quality and benefits of Group development.
    After carefully debriefing others reports, the Group Chairman Huo Qinghua delivered an important speech. He stressed that in the new year, each company leader should strengthen learning, deeply analyze national policies, enhance the predictability and relevance of work in close combination with the development status of Group development, deepen the reform and promote the corporate transformation and upgrading with focus on the improvement of economic benefits, strengthen innovation driving, improve the management level and re-build new competitive advantages; under the command of national policies, each one should make contribution to the quality, high-efficiency and sustainable development of the Group with full enthusiasm and high morale.
    Mr. Huo pointed out that in the future the Group should focus on modern coal chemical industry, ecological environmental protection and clean energy industry chain and promote internationalized operation and diversified operation strategy; should achieve new breakthrough and new achievements in term of capital operation utilization as to continue optimizing the group’s industry layout and equity financing; should form the characteristic development model of driving by two wheels: capital operation and production operation; should adhere to winning credibility with quality to constantly enhance the visibility and influence of the Group and promote the Group’s internationalization progress in the international operations; should improve the development quality and scale merit through technological innovation, product upgrading, structure optimization, tightening management and enhancing accountability assessment.
    Chairman Huo requested that the group should increase efforts to train personnel, strengthen risk prevention and control, enhance fostering of entrepreneurial spirit, reinforce internal management mechanism, make great efforts to increase the enterprise’s soft power, win the challenge with a comprehensive strength and work hard of a comprehensive improvement of the quality and benefits of the group development.
