Qinghai- On June 30-July 1, Luo Yulin, standing member of Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Governor of Qinghai headed the leaders of provincial government office, provincial economic and trade commission, provincial development and reform commission, provincial department of transportation, provincial environmental protection department, provincial administration of work safety, Qinghai-Tibet Railway Company, Qinghai Branch of China Development Bank, Bank of Qinghai, Qaidam Circular Economy Pilot Zone, Muli Coalfield Authority, Haixi Prefectural Government and Tianjun county government to Muli mine area to inspect and supervise safe production, mine environmental remediation and infrastructure construction related work and coordinate the prominent in Muli mining area’s production and operation, accompanied by Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of Kingho Qinghai Group Xu Tianlong, Deputy General Manager Li Yongqiang and Assistant General Manager Quan Guojun.
    On July 1, Luo Yulin had a field view of the operating environment of the mining area of Muli Coalfield as well as safety platform management, waste rock field management and ecological restoration (turf planting), carefully inquired and understood the investigation and management of security risks the next-step rock field management planning, expressed his affirmation on the group’s waste rock field management work and immediately asked Muli Coalfield Authority to provide full support in term of initiating explosive device supply. When listening to the report on carrying out large-scale waste rock field management and greening on the basis of turf planting, Luo expressed high praise and gave guiding opinions. Luo also highly praised the effective and compact arrangement of this inspection and supervision as well as related work. 
    After the ending of site inspection and supervision, a special symposium was held in the meeting room of Muli Coalmine on the safe production, environmental remediation and infrastructure of Muli Coalfield. On the meeting, Muli Coalfield Authority and Provincial Administration of Production Safety Supervision delivered reports on the work situation of Muli Mining Area, relevant departments expressed their attitudes on this issue and related enterprises put forward the problems to be urgently solved. 
    In the end, Mr. Luo Yulin required all levels of government supervision departments and enterprises to conscientiously implement the work deployment of the State Council and provincial government on safe production inspection, further increase mine environment remediation efforts, accelerate the infrastructure construction progress of Muli Mining Area, and attach great importance to and try to resolve the problems affecting the productions and operations of the enterprises in Muli Mining Area, the problem of cumbersome initiating explosive devices approval process, the handling of various types of certifications and the issue of overburdened tax.
